My Story
My spiritual path began in an unlikely place - a Buddhist Monastery under the gentle guidance of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh in the Plum Village Tradition. It was in this serene and contemplative community that I embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and healing.
My story unfolds in the hustle and bustle of modern society. Caught in the relentless pace of life, I felt disconnected from my own mind and body. But a turning point arrived when I decided to leave it all behind and seek solace within the monastery's peaceful walls. Under the mentorship of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village Tradition, I commenced my monastic training, a journey that would forever change my perspective on life.
Within the monastery, I discovered the profound beauty of being fully present. I learned the art of mindfulness and how to listen not just to the world around me but, more importantly, to myself. The wisdom of living in the moment, often taken for granted in the rush of daily life, became a precious treasure I carried with me into the future.
Daily practices in the monastery taught me the joy of deceleration. In a world dominated by haste and distraction, I learned the value of stillness and inner peace. I cultivated resilience and found the strength to re-enter the bustling world with a renewed sense of purpose.
The experience within the monastery served as a catalyst for my desire to share my newfound wisdom with others. I embarked on a yoga teacher training journey, becoming a certified yoga instructor. This marked the beginning of my mission to teach mindful living and self-compassion.
Motivated by a deep personal connection with mental health, I pursued a more profound level of expertise by becoming a Yoga Therapist. As a Yoga Therapist, I embrace the role of supporting clients in their journey towards mental wellness, recovery from chronic injuries, and overcoming personal barriers that hinder their lives.
These accolades reflect my commitment to helping individuals attain mental and physical well-being through the transformative practices of meditation and yoga.
My journey is a testament to the transformative power of mindfulness, compassion, and resilience. From a chaotic and disconnected life, I found solace, purpose, and a calling to help others on their paths to healing and self-discovery. Through Meditation Coaching and Yoga Therapy, I continue to inspire and support those seeking a mindful, balanced, and healthier way of life.
